Salary increase 2026

A year has passed since last time - and professionally, it has been super hectic and rewarding! I have been in charge of arranging a huge marketing campaign internally in the company, resulting in multiple videos, internal posts and a roadshow traveling to office locations and plants here in Norway. Fun, challenging and something I’ll never forget! I’ve managed to do this on top of my day-to-day tasks as a CAD & database administrator for offshore installations.

To reflect that, I have been given a salary increase of 7,95% on my base salary - and I’m quite happy with that!
This is a mix of multiple factors. The company has “catch-up mechanics” for people still considered newly graduated, as well as extras they can give for accomplishments that exceeds expectations. I have managed to tick both of those boxes, as well as a general increase.
